The route alternates between Tuesday/Thursday and Wednesday/Friday depending upon the month - each rides route will be indicated in the SUBJECT heading of each email sent to the group. As a reference:
On odd months we ride Brimley/Cliffside route Tuesdays and Wednesday and Bridle Path Route on Thursdays and Fridays.
On even months we ride Brimley/Cliffside route Thursdays and Fridays and Bridle Path Route on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
THE BRIMLEY ROUTE - Weekday Ride 5:40 am Departure
Tuesday/Thursday (Bride)
This is a competitive ride. The group rides out to the hill as a team (target average speed of 30-35km/h), and then the adrenalin turns up as everyone tackles the hills at their own pace.
Wednesday/ Friday– (Cride)
This ride targets new riders, riders looking for a less competitive ride and/or those looking for a recovery ride. The group rides out to the hill as a team (target average speed of 27-28km/h); and then everyone tackles the hills at their own pace.
The total ride is about 43 kms and we arrive back into Leaside by 7:20am
